promises made with follow through and no responses

I want to give you feedback about my complaint. Last Wednesday, Farana contacted me and advised that I will receive the device on the package that I app**** for. she asked me what colour I wanted and I told her it doesn't matter what colour as long as I get the device. This Monday, I messaged Farana and she told me that she has placed the orders on Friday, 18/01/1. On 22/01/16 I saw RAM couriers deliver goods to the store yet no one contacted me to collect the device. Yesterday I called the store at 12:15 and they confirmed that they have stock of the Huawei P8 Lite. I phoned again around 14:00 but then they insisted that the don't have stock of the device. I phoned Farana and messaged her several times but she did not contacted me. At around 19:00 I received a call informing me that the device has still not been delivered to the store because they are waiting for a specific colour even though I stated that the colour doesn't matter. I find it AMAZING that they received delivery of stock but they didn't get any stock of the phone that I want, when I know that Vodacom has stock of the White Huawei P8 Lite COS I phoned Vodacom and asked them. I am FRUSTRATED AND APPALLED by service
