Promises made to get the sale

<p>I was promised many things by the Vodacom sales agent before upgrading my contract, such as a Data bundle and that my current airtime would be transfered to my new contract, alas, this was not the case.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am awaiting feedback from a query that was logged but over the years, this has been the same level of service that I have received from Vodacom and to top it all off, I am usually transfered from pillar to post every time I call in with most of your agents not willing to assist or not having the required knowledge to assist.</p>
