Promises made by Vodacom not met.

I have had numerous complaint against vodacom. On Tuesday 23 March 2021 Mahali vodacom representative for hellopeter contacted me regarding the cancelation of a contract on 28 September 2020. I was promised that I will get a refund for the months that vodacom did not cancel my contract as requested. I am still waiting for the pay back. Secondly I were promised a reduced subscription fee on my contract by Pomsa on 17 February 2021 at 11:34. Should I upgrade two of my data contracts. Which were done. Mihali would have looked into the promised offer and refer back to me. Up to date I have had NO feedback. I want the data contracts removed as of immediate effect should the obligation not be met. Waiting for a reply asap.
