Promises made, broken, terrible and long protracted service

Dear Vodacom Service, I qualify for a car, a lease in an upmarket area, I am a professional with 2 degrees but I cannot take out a contract. I will explain the history of my anger and what has lead to this post and will probably lead to me porting my number onto another network.

I s****ed with my articles at a law firm last year, and from this I wanted to take over my contract from my father as adults do. However was met with so many problems that my credit profile is too low etc. Fine. I waited until the end of the contract and terminated it in hopes of taking out a new one as opposed to moving from his prfile to my own. This all happened from between January 2015 till June 2015.

I got advice to open up some credit, I have a credit card now.. Whichthe bank has, due to my credit proile, offered to up the limit numerous times, and I have a clothing account. I used htese, and paid them on time and even in advance. Come Jnauary 2016, my law firm is registered with the Customer Advantage service and I have been dealing with a person by the name if Masekaba. I sent all the necessary do***ents such as ID, bank statements, and payslip. She informed me early on in the year that I still do not qualify and I should wait. Which I did.

She contacted me again the beginnign of this month, because she said she looked at my profile again and I qualify i just need to send the do***ents. So I did. Just to be informed this morning that no my profile is too low... without furmnishing the exact details of the profile. She then said that I should go take out a new line instead? I have had my number for more than 15 years! How does taking out new line help me? I wanty a ocntract, I need a new phone as my blackberyy is giving me problems and I cannot have this in the corporate environment. So is my profile good enough to take out a new line but not good enough to provide the conveneice that I seek by taking out a contract on my existing line?

I apologize for the typos, you can imagine the level of frustration and haste when the post was being typed. Further to my post above, I have been dealing Vodacom (The Glen Branch) and Employee Advantage scheme. I thought I would stay on the Vodacom network and simply take out a contract because it would be simpler than porting my number onto a new network.. It seems I was wrong. I hope to be contacted on this service delivery failure soon.

I received a phone call and a voice message saying that they will try again later. Yet to be contacted again. If they had left a phone number I would have called back. Please may someone call again, and if I do not answer, as I attend frequent meetings, they may leave a contact number and name then I will call back.
