PROMISES- LIES- DISREGARD

I did an upgrade in July on my contract , I took a Mecer Wizard that was supposed to come with MECER WIZARD +MICROSOFT PERSONAL & McAFEE TOTAL PROTECT BUNDLE + WE GROW SA VOUCHER (PREMIUM) VOUCHERS Still not received. I emailed and emailed and was told to go to the store :Alberton City" spoke to the manager and i was promised a call Monday that passed and didn't get it.

To date I have not received the Microsoft package or the learning package, I alerted the salesman on a few occasions ( Shaheed from Vodacom Alberton City), he confirmed that its been escalated but nothing yet.

No communication, I entered into a contract on the basis of the Microsoft package and learning package. Why must I honor this agreement when I did not receive the complete package I signed up for.
