Promises but no service

On the 29 november i got a contract phone and ever since i got it connecting to social network it a problem i called vodacom to ask for help the gal who was helping me gave me settings which only helped for few hours after that it was back to it thing now i call again nd they opened a case for me and network department said there is nothing wrong i should go back to the store and they will help me but the store department deals with sales not network connection so must i continue using vodacom because i can see my money is not good enough for them to help me with my problem. Worse when they advertise they claim to be the only network that have coverage all over south Africa which is false adverti*****t.
