Promises and lies

After years with Vodacom and 3 contracts I am very disappointed with the way they treating me! Lungile from retention couldn't match the deal i have on my other contract but managed to offer me a similar deal at over R100 more on black Friday. It is now 7 December and I still don't have it! when i call in they say Lungile will call me back but that never happens. Pathetic treatment for any client let alone a client with multiple contracts that's been with you for years! They now say my phone is on back order and can't tell me when I will receive it.if you don't have stock why promise? Get my deal or something better asap because I don't deserve this treatment!
