Promises and lies

I been using Vodacom most of my life.i have 3 contracts with them.on black Friday i negotiated a deal with them but it is now February and I still don't have it! They say phone is on back order.why didn't they tell me same time that there was no stock? I could've moved to mtn for a much better deal slightly more expensive but more benefits which I also lose out on now.vodacom says they will phone me but nothing happens.i always have to call in! In these 3 months the price of phones dropped and new phone was launched.for my waiting i deserve a better deal than what was promised! You have the 256gb in stock but not the 128gb. After 3 months waiting don't you think I deserve the 256gb at the same deal? come on Vodacom stop treating loyal clients like this
