Promises

<p>I Contacted Vodacom to inform them that my network coverage sucked, at my house I get at best EDGE, I have a Netgear Cell Repeater (supp**** by vodacom years ago for my old house), even with the repeater I stil very rarely get any good signal... I logged a call with Vodacom (Ref : 1- ********** 5908) and was promised someone would come back to me within 14 days... at 14 days I followed up and was told someone is working on it and I will get a call that day still, nothing happened... at 21 days I phoned again and was promised the technician assigned would phone me... nothing again... it has now been month and still NOTHING! I live a block and a half away from a tower, CellC gets LTE at my house and so does MTN... I have 2 cellphone contracts an 3 Wifi devices and am SERIOUSLY considering moving over to CELLC and telling vodacom to get stuffed...</p> <p>the best network, my @$$ has a better network and better service.</p>
