Promised to fix it - now it is even worse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Vodacom listed me after they made a mistake - now have agreed to correct it but STILL NOT DONE AFTER WEEK !!! When I asked why not I got sorry we cannot gaurantee when !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW I CHECK AND NOT ONLY IS IT NOT REMOVED BUT IT IS THREE TIMES MORE ?????????<br />CASSANDRA ARE YOU AGAIN GOING TO SAY FEEDBACK REMAINS UNCHANGED ?</p>
