Promised Package and never delivered by vodacom

I took contract cell phone with Vodacom online, they advertise package, with rugby jersey, 10000 educational, P8 and P10, with 200 airtime and 55 airtime, when I order the phone I was told, the was a mistake on their side, it does not come with rugby jersey, but they will give 1 month subscription fee, for free, but till now they didn't give, when I call them they send me up and down
