Promised minutes to retain my business

After being advised by an upgrades consultant to cancel if I was not happy I spoke to the retention department. I was promised an extra 100 vodacom to vodacom minutes on top of my upgrade, extra data too. <br> <br> Neither of the above promises were kept, except mine where I have upgraded for an extra 24 months. I'm now locked in to a contract and Vodacom has not kept their word. <br> <br> Please listen to the call recordings and provide me with a solution - alternatively I will take this matter to ICASA. <br> <br> Thank you
