Promised goods not delivered

A contact was taken out 3 months ago. With this data contact a 1TB hard drive was supposed to be given to me. It's now 3 months later and I am still waiting for someone from Vodacom Cresta to come back to be regarding this, I have called in numerous time only to be told that there was stock but I'm too late. Sibusiso the consultant promised me that I will get this and he will contact me. Is it my responsibility to contact the service provider for a service they are not delivering???? The consultants are there to sign you up as quick as possible but the after sales service is shocking!!!!!! Can someone from vodacom come back to be maybe with and ETA on delivery.
