promised feedback on 22 July still waiting

as per my previous complaint http://hellopeter.com/vodacom/complaints/still-no-feedback-*** I'm still waiting on feedback, Vodacom please be aware that my contract expires in 2 months and I wont be renewing if I dont get the upgrade that I want. My bill last month was R1210 and this month is R1400 but still you wont let me upgrade to a Cat phone and a smaller contract.<br> <br> *** is going on I got a call 3 weeks ago promising that my query has been escalated but here I am still waiting?<br> <br>
