Promised credit not forthcoming

I complained about a subscription to Vodafone Live, and I was assisted by someone from Vodacom, who mananged to cancell the unwanted subscription. She furthermore promised a refund of the charges. This was in January 2017. I have just received my latest invoice, and regret to say that there is still no refund of the R15.05 in respect of the Vodafone Live that they cancelled for me. I was promised a refund with the next debit order, and it is now three months later. The amount is not the issue, it is the principle of broken promise that I do not appreciate. I should have opted for the cash refund, had I known.

Dear Client
The credit note was created and posted into your Vodacom account on 19 January 2017. This reduced your balance and only the reduced amount was deducted on 20 February 2017.
Kind regards

Thank you for your prompt reply. I did not receive a credit note, only the invoice which reflected the full amount including the vodafone live charges. Hence I was unaware that the credit was indeed passed. Thank you and my apologies for raising the matter again.
