PROMISED CONFIRMATION DEPARTMENT WOULD CALL TODAY BUT THEY DIDN'T, ONLY FALSE PROMISES FROM VODACOM.
So I have decided too take out a contract with vodacom. This was on Tuesday 24 November 2020 and it was approved the same day. It was for the Samsung Galaxy S5E TAB LTE. I was told the confirmation department would call me today and finally they did call this morning but I was not available. And they said they would call again today. But no-one has called up till now. This is so frustrating I app**** for a simple contract and so much hassle. The Application Referral Number is ***1. I would really appreciate someone assist me on this. This is so frustrating like really why is vodacom service so pathetic. I need this resolved!!
