PROMISE TO PAY ARRANGEMENT - NO CONFIRMATION

Dear Vodacom,

I tried to arrange for a promise to pay (via Mobi Whatsapp but no SMS received) as all my retainers are getting paid late every month on or before the 15th of each month, I made payments of R1750-00 and R2000-00, the balance will be paid on or before the 15th of January 2026. Please assist and confirm acceptance of promise to pay.
