PROMISE TO PAY

Sometimes life happens and you cannot pay your debit order and stay connected. I phoned Vodacom today and requested for a promise to pay date because my debit order did not go through. Well, no help here. It is impossible to have this arranged. Just being told by the agent that this is how it works. A promise to pay will not keep the lines connected.
