Promise to call back??? Never Happens

I would just like to say thank you so much for the POOR service received from the AJR Vodacom shop in Potchefstroom, across from the West Acres Center. I decided to use their services, because I have only heard good things about this shop, but obviously all of it was lies! I have called them SEVERAL times (7 times) in two days, just to find out what the progress is on my Samsung Galaxy S4's screen repair. Every time I have to hold for a few minutes, they then take my number, and \Someone will call you back"is the famous words I have heard 7 times.Not even once has anyone called me back. So I am totally clueless on where my phone even is! I even went in to the Vodacom Shop in the West Acres Center"
