PROMISE TO CALL BACK

Well it is a week later since my original complaint. Received a SMS from Vodacom saying that somebody will be contacting me. Needless to say I am still waiting for that telephone call. No. Vodacom is not interested in their customer, let alone, fixing their own secured website. Complaints fall on deaf ears and promises come to nought.
