Promise & confirmed to cancel Dt order still not

I've cancelled by dt order 2 weeks ago, and Refilwe assured me this has been done. no after all the time my account is still being debited. WHAT ABOUT MY BANK CHARGES???? WHAT ABOUT MY BAD CREDIT RATING... NO APOLOGIES WILL HELP ME... spoken to team leader 2 days ago, and promised to escalate my query... STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE..... THIS IS PATHETIC!!!
