Promise a service that does not exist
<p>I was contacted by Vodacom directly by phone and offered the Fibre for business service. After checking my address and sending me the costs their representative came to see me.</p> <p>I was offered the same service at 4 times the advertised cost, and also advised there was no cable available</p>
