Profile blocked by "quote issued by another store" - for over a year now??????????

I have now spent 6+ MONTHS being bounced around your SPECTACUARLY *********** DEPARTMENTS - that is of course once I manage by some small miracle to get through to one of them. I apparently have a "quote issued by another store" on my profile - so I cannot make do any upgrades or take a new contract because this must be cancelled first. The people at the Vocacom Woodlands store couldnt even get this sorted out, so what chance do I have?? I am told "Online did it" Online says they didn't I must phone store sales, who then tell me I must phone online.... F@#k you Vodacom - I will make sure everyone who is willing to listen knows how *** you are
