Purchase online vodastore no feedback, no product and I paid

I had to Follow up 9 Dec – 8 working days thus I must have my product

Lethemba and Anastashia Ndlouvu said product not available and they will give me alternative product with a refund amount.

This is not acceptable I want the product I purchase at that price as all was still on track on the 7th.

They can’t say when I will have product, they can’t cc me in mail to head office, they can’t give number of head office?????? NDIJ35758BF ***

This is not good enough, when I purchase the product and wiht my follow up on day 6 it was available and ready for dispatch thus I want the product I paid for.

Can your CEO please respond to my mail send to him
