Product failure: Very late delivery of SMSes
SMS from RSA/Vodacom was sent 11h22 to location abroad (Taiwan). SMS was only received 30 minutes later. A second SMS was sent around noon. This SMS was only received 3 hours later (!!!). Not acceptable. Especially if trying to do internet banking (SA bank).
