PROCRASTINATORS!!!!

I have been struggeling my ass off to get a data plan canceled. The contract period is over and I just want to cancel this contract. About 2 weeks ago I tried to cancel they told me that I have to wait until 28 March to give notice to cancel otherwise it is an early cancellation that would have a penalty fee. Which is BS because I only wanted to give the notice so long for it to be cancelled at end of April. But okay lets accept that for now. Just a few minutes ago I tried to do the same. After I told the lady, Anette Mokwena, that I want to cancel, first she tries to smear another deal off on me and then she asked me to hold. I holded for over 20 minutes just for her to come tell me the system is offline I must phone back later. I then told her she must phone me back because I keep holding. She refused and told me I have to call back. I am positive that they are procrastinating to make you give up on cancelling. I am fed up with this and will not renew a single contract with Vodacom. Bunch of useless idiots!!! Also every 3rd of 4th call I make gets dropped. *** is wrong with them!!!!!!
