Problems with Fibre connectivity

It's absolutely appalling at what you guys call customer service. From day one I've had issues with connectivity. This is my second complaint against Vumatel here. And my first against vodacom. I've been a loyal vodacom customer from the time cellphones came into SA. From 2000 I've only had 3 different cellular numbers. I'm on the Vumatel Month to month R399 contract. I've paid diligently and although it's not my responsibility to call in, but you guys responsibility to send me the payment link, as per contract, I still call in. My device is the only device that's continously connected and at its peak there is 3 devices. I've laid complaint after complaint, received numerous tickets. I'm still having the same problem. The wifi signal just cuts. The router is still on, but signal doesn't just go low signal bit disappears altogether. I can connect to my neighbors router, but can connect to mine. Is this a ploy to limit data usage by Vumatel and vodacom. I've even requested Vumatel send out someone to move the router more centrally. When I the router was first installed the installation guy told me that he was only authorized to fit the router on the first wall from the fibre box. The first technician didn't even contact me personally instead stood on the road having a merry old conversation with someone about what they going to get and something about a partying. Vodacom, if your consultants call from a private number how do you expect me to return the call. And then you send me an email stating the problem is resolved. Because they are picking up a log in on their side. I honestly don't know what ro say anymore. And to the vumatel consultant that stated I should pay my bill first and they will respond accordingly, Firstly if I'm not being sent the payment link to pay, how do I then pay. And now My account is currently paid.
