Problems
I am a loyal Vodacom customer with quiet a few contracts running. Never missed a payment. My prepaid phone is missing and I replaced it but I am unable to do a sim swap due to some answers I cannot remeber. I am 63 and cannot remember all these things. My BIG problem is that this number is connected to my security system, my bank account and security pin for reloading other accounts. I HAVE BEEN TO MENLYN BRANCH IN PRETORIA and gave my ID but they referred me to dial 135 which of course is the same questions they asked? (That helped a lot). IS THERE REALLY NO OTHER WAY TO DO A SIM SWOP AS I NEED THIS NUMBER URGENTLY!! THE SECURITY COMPANY UNABLE TO CONTACT ME. Please help....
