problems !!!

<p>posting this on behalve of my mother..i am really fed up with the service from vodacom..started a couple of months ago and it cant go on like this..while she is on the phone, recieving or outgoing the calls drop but the time of the call is still running, but she cant hear the other person and vice versa..after spending many hours on the phone to vodacom the problem isnt resolve..then we thought it might be the sim card since she is still using the old one..so we get the new red one.. still some problem..right..we bought new phone..$$$$$.. still the problem continues..spending more hours on the phone and going to vodacom shops..still the problem accurs,, she and the person on line cant hear one another..nothing...right..so be bought another new phone $$$$$$...AND STILL THE PROBLEM CONTINUES...so after spending a lot of money on the phones..(so it is def not a phone problem).. buying a new SIM (not a sim problem) we are still having the problem...please now..what can we do...she is on a contact..so can we stop the contract and get a whole new nr? can you fix the line ?? because nothing is working and this is costing us a lot of money now..really...</p>
