Problems

I took out a contract with Vodacom two years ago, a Lenovo tablet. The tablet does not charge anymore. I took the tablet to Customer repair shop where they informed me I need to take it to a Vodacom shop, I took it to the Vodacom shop and they told me I need to take it to the Customer repair shop.Once I established that the tablet needs to be taken to the manufacturer as Vodacom does not fix Lenovo tablets. This is ridiculous...I need to drive more than 50km to Lenovo repair shop an they not even sure if my insurance is going to cover the damage Why am I paying insurance .Im defiantly moving my contract and advising family and friends to not deal with Vodacom
