Problems

On friday 31 July i receive a message that my data is about to expire I am on a contract for 2 gig pm. I did not care on the 1st I have to get the new 2 gig and on the 5 th I ran out without being 30 min online. I call but was told that I use all my data and I know its not possible but whent to the atm and bought 500 mb come back and its on after 5 min same story out of data did 1 banking transfer. That is **** I am using this for a long time and have 7 contracts with them. I am now looking at a new provider this guys is too big.
