PROBLEM WITH RE-INSTATING MY ACCOUNT

I had an account with Vodacom since 2007-08-03 till 2013-08-03 throughout these years I had no problem with this account as a result I ended up with about 4 accounts with them, the problem started when my modems were both ****** and had difficulty in having them refunded as they were \not insured"and the data bundles lapsing because for not being used etc"
