Problem with new phone, can't eslate

Good Day

I received my new Huawei phone last week, however since I reveived it I noticed that I was having problems with the Internet. After trying various wifi networks I attemped to take the phone into a Vodacom store, I was told that the phone had to be booked in, and that I could not get a smartphone as a courtesy. The phone is only one week old, and was not too happy but I still have my old phone so I accepted this, however I was told that I would have to download all my apps again at my own data cost. I called the call centre when I first had the issue and was told that I needed to do a factory restore on the phone, which meant I have already downloaded applications twice on my phone and the issue is still not resolved. All I want is for the issue to be resolved, with my apps restored(Or the data for restoring my applications) on my brand new phone. If this cannot be done, then all I ask for is for the phone to be swapped out for a different brand of equal value.
