problem with hand set

good day <br> I would not resort to this but had no choice <br> in October 2015 I had an upgrade on my contract and decided that I want another blackberry <br> I picked up a problem and it was passed the 7 day cooling off period battery was giving problems and then handset went completely dead <br> I took it to lenasia vodashop who then send it in for repairs and they returned with a refurbished phone which was also giving problem <br> 5 months later im still having the same issue and no one seems to want to help me
