Problem with cellphone that was not repaired

I have a sony experia which fell and only the screen cracked, the touch part of it was stil working and in November 2015 i handed in my phone at the vodacom repair shop in cresta to replace the screen. Vodacom told the repair person( Daniella) at the shop that she must inform me to pay R250 for it to be repaired that was not a problem but she never informed the repair department where the phone was waiting to be repaired so the repaired department cancelled the job card for that. All of this happened in 3 weeks.

I then spoke to the branch manager by the name of leon about the bad service and he said he will not create another job card instead he will go to the repair place and personally repair my phone.at this stage my touch screen was still working, still just had a cracked screen.

I got my Phone back after 2 weeks and then nothing was working. The Cracked screen was replaced but the touch screen was not working
Leon (The BM) took the phone and said that it cant be repaired at all and he will create another job number so that they can get a refurbished phone for me and i have to pay for it

My phone is not even 8 Months old and was working before they had it. I WANT A NEW PH0NE
