problem with alcatel one touch tablet

i went to Vodacom ceres requesting to fix my tablet it didn't want to charge, they told me that they could not fix it, I should take it to a private guy in ceres because to fix it would have costed more than what the tablet is worth but it should still be under warranty, they just said sorry they cant do anything about it, so on their request I took it to the private guy, then the tablet didn't pick up the sim I took it to Vodacom again they said its not their fault I should take it to the private guy again, I told them that its a Vodacom product and I want them to fix it they just said sorry we cant I took it back to the private guy he said he thinks the sim is blocked cause everything is fine on the tablet I took it back once again to Vodacom eventually they send it to tygervaley to be fixed and when I got it back they said they could do anyting about the charging problem and I said that's not why we send it there they should have fixed the problem with the sim, they just said sorry we cant do anything, my mother got me this tablet cause im leaving for the usa next week and it will be the only way of communicating with her, now my tablets not working and they wont help me at all.
