problem resolved professionally
I had posted a negative review of Vodacom yesterday due to the frustration of unaccounted for data usage, They contacted me today resolved my problem with efficiency and professionalism, thank you Vodacom for you swift and quick response to my problem and resolving the matter that left me with a good experience. the call center agent who assisted me was very professional, gave me good service and understood my problem thanks for the good service.
