problem phone

I dont have words anymore this is my 3rd report to hellopeter Vodacom just dont care ive being waiting more than a month now for my phone and vodacom stil didnt phone me back since i complained on hellopeter the last time all they do is giving me empty promises i lost contact all my cell numbers is gone i cant bbm my clients ist a mess and all because vodacom is a bad service company they dont pay ny data to be online or my aitrtime but take forever to give me a new phone at the moment ive got 2 phones in for repair the samsung J1 is also giving problems 1month old but they keep sending it back fir software i meen HELLO give a new phone nobody is paying my contract while the phone is in for repair but vodacom is quick to deduct the money from my bank account Vodacom you suck
