Problem persists
Following my earlier complaint, I was contacted by a Vodacom person, presumably a consultant (name Leeroy). He asked me to say when I could be in the Vodacom branch at the same time as my daughter so we could sign various forms to correct the ongoing mess. The date I will be there is Friday 22nd April. My daughter tells me she has the forms, and I can sign without going in. We would appreciate it if Vodacom consultants will tell the manager what he must do.<br> Many thanks<br> Sally

Leeroy of Vodacom has been good about reacting to my comments. Following the disasters around my new contract and the total muddle that Vodacom (Plett branch and apparently head office) made by connecting my new contract account to my daughter's exisiting account, we went to see them to get my account made out in my name to debit MY account, and to transfer my daughter's contract into her own name, debiting her own account. Completed all the forms. Guess what: now both contract accounts are debited to my account (May bank statement). I have not yet received an emailed statement. I understand my address is incorrectly recorded. On phoning vodacom to correct the address, they "helpfully" tell me to go to a vodacom store. The nearest is 25 kms away, so this is a pain, and all becuase vodacom employees are incredibly stupid and inefficient. When will they get it right?????????
