PROBLEM NOT SOLVED DUE TO VODACOM INCOMPETENCE

I recently updgraded to an Iphone 7 on Vodacom Online and received my phone.

The weekend after I received my phone I went to my local Vodacom Branch to apply for insurance and filled in all the paperwork and gave it to the consultant.

A week later I went back to the branch and was informed that the paperwork was sent and everything is fine.

On the 27th November I noticed that the insurance was not reflecting on my bill and queried this via Twitter and a consultant named Ashley phoned me and informed me that the insurance was never done on my phone, he then said he sort this out and provide feedback.

On the 28th after only receiving a phone call on another query I had and no response on the insurance query, I queried this with Vodacom again and another consultant phoned me with initials AD and said that he would provide feedback.

On the 30th I received a call from Vodacom Insurance and they said that they will follow up with the branch and provide me with feedback and still nothing has been done.

I queried this again on the 1 December 2016 and a consultant with initials RL phoned me and said that she will follow up with this matter and still nothing was done.

On Wednesday 8 December 2016 I again contacted Vodacom with my reference number and another consultant phoned me and informed me that she will consult the branch and Vodacom insurance and sort out this issue and provide me with feedback and also informed me that I might not get insurance because the phone is older than 21 days.

FIRST OF ALL, THE PHONE WAS NOT OLDER THAN 21 DAYS WHEN I APP**** FOR INSURANCE, YOU *********** IDIOTS *****ED UP AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE? WHY MUST I DEAL WITH ALL THESE LAZY CONSULTANTS THAT OBVIOUSLY DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT WAS VODACOM'S MISTAKE.

WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL PROVIDE FEEDBACK, DOES THAT ACTUALLY MEAN YOU ARE NOT IN THE MOOD TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE HOPE THAT THE CLIENT ACTUALLY GIVES UP?

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT VODACOM IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND YOUR CONSULTANTS ARE TRULY ***********.

YOU WILL RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND PROVIDE ME WITH INSURANCE ON MY PHONE, THIS WAS YOUR FAULT NOT MINE. IF SOMETHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO MY PHONE AND I DONT HAVE INSURANCE THEN I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

A CONSULTANT CONTACTED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THAT HE WOULD CONTACT THE BRANCH FOR THE DOCUMENTS AND SAID HE WILL PROVIDE FEEDBACK? I SAID WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH VODACOM I AM SURE THAT I WILL NOT HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN. HE SAID "IT WAS HIS JOB" TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE CASE.

SURPRISE SURPRISE NO FEEDBACK, VODACOM ONCE AGAIN *****S A CUSTOMER
