Problem not resolved ongoing for months

The problem is that my e mail is not working all the time as it use to do. At least 4 x a month I can not open my e mails. When I get hold of Vodacom I have to change my password. When I do that it work ok for a week or so and the same problem is back again.<br> If you people are un able to fix this recurring problem , just say so, but don't let the same thing happen every time .<br> I am very unhappy about this problem that you can not resolve.<br> Don't tell me the tower is overload, then it is bad planning on your side ,so don't let me suffer for your incapability to plan ahead.<br> All I want is for you to resolve this recurring problem and for me to be able to open my e mails whenever I want, and be able to read it with out getting a message telling me the e mails cant be opened.<br> Just give me one person to talk to every time the problem appears. Not any one , so I don't have to explain the whole problem over again.<br> Waiting to see what you are capable of doing to this on going saga.
