Problem after problem!

Previously had a contract with Cell C, R700 a month. Decided to move to Vodacom, got declined of a R450 contract therefore couldn't get another contract for 2 months since I got denied. Moved to prepaid, port was a nightmare and took three days. Friends and family couldn't sms or phone, apparently number didn't exists! Eventually fixed that problem:) Finally got a contract and now everyone is on private number and only receive a call after the 4th ring on the other side. Tried to fixed it through Vodacom accounts ***, great call centre... spent 15min waiting and every 2min I got told I'm transferring you to a consultant now! Does every new Vodacom customer receive this treatment, I should just use walk talkies!
