Probably get called from Vodacom when I'm grey

I ordered a HP notebook celeron laptop in N1 City and they said it would be 1-5 days, on the latest 2 weeks.. so after 3 weeks I went back and it appears they gave my laptop to someone else. So I went to canal walk and ordered one there.. The guy said 2 days, 5 days tops.. I went back after a week and they still didn't have it.. They told me to hang around in the mall for 2 hours and when I went back, the guy said he forgot about it.. He said they wil get a delivery that day or the next. I must pop in again the next day.. I am a student and said I have to go back to stellenbosch the next day.. so I gave them a call and they said he will call the supplier and get back to me immediately. I am still waiting on that call. So my mother went last week and still no answer.. she called again yesterday and they still have to get back.. I don't have a problem waiting for a laptop for 2 months. But if they say 2-5 days and I arrange plans to go all the way to canal walk and they STILL didn't do anything about it.. then I tend to get upset. My classes starts next week and I need a laptop. This is the ****piest service I ever received from a Vodacom and it's supposed to be the top on
