Privacy Violation and false accusations

After Altech Autopage closed down my Altech Autopage Vodacom accounts moved to Vodacom. I cancelled these contracts instore at Mimosa Mall 2 May 2017 and received an E-mail from Vodacom Retentions with reference number EC-0CQI-28XOUT that the contract was indeed cancelled and there was R0 outstanding. However Vodacom violated my privacy by handing my account over to Nudebt in 2019. Nudebt’s Nasiphi Gxumisa now claimed I owed them R1946. Mailed Nudebt the proof I had and never heard from them again. Now 3 days ago 8 June 2021 I received an SMS now the account is with the Nimble Group, who has written into their terms and conditions, if you open their app to see what it is about, you confirm that you owe them the amount stated – I wounder if this is even legal! I am currently trying sort out and reviewing their process. I would recommend everyone to stay away from Vodacom as they would violate your privacy in the blink of an eye!
