worst experience of my life with Vodacom, I spoke to so many call centre agent from this stupid company called Vodacom with one issue but they all give different solution of which none of those solutions have worked and the problem started when I load airtime on my phone and after some I have loaded my airtime, it gets finished and when I phoned their customer service the last agent I spoke to was Prince and not sure if this is the same Prince from the queen or not but this one was very useless and clueless and he thinks his got some shares with Vodacom forgetting that he is just an agent as he told I have joined content service called glamour and it took my airtime and I am going to forfeit this airtime as they wont reverse this transaction because it was my mistake as I didn't follow what I was told last week and even I tried to explain he would never listen to my story instead he told bye if I want to go and Vodacom as they claim to be wow company in telecommunications can offer such bad service and let me forfeit my airtime in a week I have lost and lost I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone in my life as they don't care about their customers no wonder they couldn't pay that guy for a case of please call me. TO HELL WITH VODACOM AND THEIR ****** AGENT.
