Prime video subscription: Still waiting for help and it's been too long.

I am still waiting for Vodacom to help its been too long. I get that there are many of us who need help but they should at least try to reply when contacted. Like I said before twice already and I will say it once more: I can't send a screen shot from my email, I don't know why it doesn't go through. There must be another way to send the proof of my prime video subscription. I am at my wits end here. Kindly e-mail me with another option to send the screenshot please, an email is not an option for me. Thank you in advance.
