My number has been recycled without any communication from Vodacom. I am using this number for my WhatsApp but Vodacom decided to cancel my number. I call the customer service and got rooted to an agent by the name of Thato Molikeng who has bad telephone etiquette and was beyond useless . the reference number for my case given is ***. I am still waiting for someone to call me. Adding on top of my problem, I received an IPhone 6s on Thursday and I have to charge it daily and the battery doesn't last. I need this phone swapped with another one that is in good condition.
