Price increase! What on earth is happening

I currently have 3 contracts with Vodacom, I received price increase on all. I have never seen such a nonsense in my life, I have been with Vodacom since 2008 and have never experience such ********. All my contracts are for 24 months with a fixed amounts, I don't remember signing for variable amounts. Please just do me a favour and decrease my premium back to what it was before. Or is Vodacom joining the likes of DSTV and Eskom now? every year there is a price increase now \what percentage? what on earth is happening to this country? You guys are becoming so pathetic now
