Price increase on an existing contract?

How can you increase contract prices. When I signed for my contract, I signed to pay the contract amount for 24 months. I did not sign for price increases. If you can just increase the price, then I can just cancel all my accounts with you guys? Whats the excuse for your price increase? The petrol price hikes? Electricity hikes? because the sms you send did not state any reason.
