Price increase on a 24 month contract
Renewed contract in December 2021. Was advise by the consultant that this price would be valid for 24 months. However 3 months later there is a price increase. Then what is the purpose of taking out a contract if the price can increase? The call desk advises me to check the "terms and conditions". I went on the advise of the consultant. Poor showing, Vodacom.

11 Apr 2022, 11:31You can also check my phone call to your consultant in December 2021. I was advised that the price of the contract was for 24 months. This possible increase was not mentioned at the time. Pretty convenient.
Besides your "terms and conditions" clause, you have not addressed the questions. "What is the purpose of a 24 month contract". If not to keep the price fixed for the term.
Finally, keeping cost down for the consumer is a very sad story. Companies are accountable to their "Share Holders", not customers.
